Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as Sea Moss Gel cannot be returned once opened.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at returns@345organics.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase.
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for the return if your request meets our policy requirements.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be issued for items that meet our return criteria (unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days).
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with minor packaging damage but still unopened).
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

 

Defective of Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@345organics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your case and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 

Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately at orders@345organics.com with your order number.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
